Mohanapriya Cumaran (Mona) is a sophomore majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in neuroscience. She has been involved with undergraduate research advocacy since spring 2020. As a freshmen coordinator of Duke Undergraduate Research Society, she enjoys mentoring and assisting undergraduates to get involved in research. She has worked with Dr. Lutzoni and the Undergraduate Research Support Office to host research workshops for over 200 students. In addition to these workshops, she manages humanities/social sciences research panels for all students at Duke.
