Lecanoromyctes & Eurotiomycetes Collinear Orthologous Regions

Magain et al. (2017) used the genomes of lichen mycobionts from the Lecanoromycetes and Eurotiomycetes to develop primers for regions of synteny across broad phylogenetic groups.
